**Important Note : Commencing in January 2015 the Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme (QKFS) is now available for children who turn 4 years old by July 31 and who attend an approved Kindergarten program. Therefore, we are now able to take wait list applications for children born 1 July to 31 July of the following year ie a 13 month intake. Those children who turn four during July in the year they participate in kindergarten and who do not go on to start Prep the next year can attend Kindergarten for a second year.
Please note: You are aware that it is your responsibility to notify the Centre of any changes to the above details. Responsibility will not be taken for locating you if you move. Lodgement of this form does not automatically guarantee your child a place at our Centre.
